Fee

My fee is $120/hour for 50-55 minute individual sessions. Intake sessions are billed at $160/hour.

Insurance

I am an in network provider with Regence BlueShield, Kaiser Permanente PPO and First Choice Health. For in-network services, I bill your insurer on your behalf using TherapyAppointment. I use Bodhi Billing Services for billing support.

If I am not an in-network provider for your insurance carrier, you can check with your plan to determine whether your policy includes out-of-network mental health benefits.

Note that if you do choose to bill through insurance, I am required to assign you a mental health diagnosis, which will go on your permanent medical record. For this reason, some people choose to pay privately, even if they have insurance that might cover therapy.

Payment

I accept cash and checks. I use Ivy Pay for credit card processing.

Cancellation and Late Attendance Policy

Forms to complete and bring to your first visit (click to open PDF):

New clients will receive an invitation to set up a client portal with TherapyAppointment, to access and complete intake documentation. If you do not have internet access, or prefer paper copies, please let me know.

I aim to simplify initial intake paperwork as much as possible, and appreciate the time and energy it takes to complete them. Initial paperwork is required for all new clients, and must be completed at least 24 hours before the first session.
